Hi Molly

Here is my "silly" comments on your website.

Overall, your did very well and the information on your website was level appropriate and motivate to your students learning. The content was informative and gave students a great deal of input
(reading tasks, links and animations and activities). The screen was colourful and attractive! All the activities can work and the Match and Mix activities are very interesting.

However, it would be better if you can limit the links on your website, I think too much and no titles and no clear instructions to the students.
Crossword is so small compared to your huge website.
One more point, I agree with Karen's point, there is too much animations on your page. Your target audience are junior secondary students, is that right? I think they are not very keen on watching so many moving objects. Primary students are another story.

Look forward to receiving your feedback on my website.

Cheers
Maggie

Hi Molly,
I looked through your website. Overall it is carefully and well designed. i would like to comment it superficially, as I finish my assignment.

1, what is the role of this website in the learning process? your role as a teacher, and your students role.
2, do you think there is some input in this website.Salomon, Perkin and Globerson (1991) states that traditional computer learning applications assess the effect of computer technologies on the leraner, where the learner has no input into the process.
Also based on SLA research, do your activities have these characteristics.
Chapelle (1998) has an article entitled Multimedia call: lessons to be learned from reseach on instructed SLA. He suggested 7 evaluation of the call activities in terms of SLA angle.
1. Is there evidence that learners attended to salient linguistic characteristics of the target language
in

2. Do learners choose to see the modifications of linguistic input?

p
3. Do learners produce "comprehensible output"?

4.Is there evidence

that learners notice errors in their output?

5. Do learners correct their linguistic output?

6. To what extent do the learners interact with the computer to engage in modified interaction focusing

on form and meaning?

7. Do learners work toward communication-oriented goals?

This is all that I can find. Cheres and good luck with you too.

Hello Molly,

Sorry, my comment is a little late. Hope you have a great time in China!

Overall, you designed a very cute website. The content is carefully and well designed and suitable for your students. All the links are work and attractive. The background picture and those animations are very attractive, but I think too much these shinning animation are a little distractive for your students. Also, I find the cross word may be too simple compare with other exercises, and I know it is because you have not register that software. Actually, the process of register is not very complicated and I can show you some time if you still need use this software in China.

In summary, I love this website because I’m a visual person Hope your students enjoy your website.

Cheers,
Yuki
